About the Programs
The private programs are tailored to your individual needs & level of understanding & are delivered within a coaching framework to create powerful results. While the tools used are important, a deeply caring & safe coaching relationship is what makes the biggest difference.
Talking about money can bring up a lot of emotion. My intention is for you to feel at ease.
I am committed to helping you level up, learn what I know & grow even more confident in yourself. This can only take place within a safe setting & at a pace you’re comfortable with. This is why –
I offer a complementary call to explore whether working together would be a good fit for both of us.
If after an initial session we both feel we’d like to take it further, we’ll take a deep dive into your own personalised program of financial transformation.
The private packages include regular, 1-on-1 online or in-person sessions of up to 75 minutes, as well as email support. The number of sessions varies according to the package. The group programs cover the same learning modules, but lack the personal 1-on-1 coaching.

1. Do I need to have any prior financial knowledge?
Not at all, and equally great if you do.
Each coaching program is tailored to your level of financial understanding. This is established via a series of questions at the start of the coaching program.
I’ve worked with people who were just starting out on the journey & as well as those who have been investing & managing their own finances for some time.
You dictate how fast or slow we move through the material while we cover off the Most Important Principles of Holistic Wealth.
2. Do I need to have a certain level of wealth to begin with?
While I’ve worked with the ultra-wealthy, the principles & best practices I’ve learned & apply in my work & in my own life are applicable at all levels of wealth.
There are however, some exclusionary criteria to working together. These will be covered off during the initial call.
3. What will I learn?
The curriculum is mapped on the Australian Curriculum and is aligned with the OECD Core Competencies Framework of Financial Literacy.
Some of the key modules covered that will help you feel in control of your finances & confident knowing you’re making sound financial decisions include:
- Best practices to growing savings effectively including a look at inflation & compounding
- Optimising spending
- The use of credit & debt, credit worthiness & credit scores, various debt paydown methods
- Budgeting (a budget template will be provided & you will receive support to create your budget)
- An introduction to investing & reading your super statement (the longer program covers investing in detail)
- How to compare financial products
- Economic factors (how the economy works, what boom & bust cycles are & why they occur, why interest rates are raised & lowered by central banks & what this means for you)
- Common financial risks, mistakes & avoidable hidden fees
- Price negotiations on large purchases
- Travel & foreign exchange
- Virtual/crypto currencies
- The important of short & long term financial planning, including managing financial setbacks
- A valuable list of financial resources
Personal coaching component will assist in improving your money-mindset & orienting your spending & saving habits towards your goals & values.
4. Will I receive a financial plan or financial advice?
All the programs are educational in nature with coaching components offering support, accountability & guidance.
The programs aim to help you establish a solid financial foundation by imparting sound, factual financial information. This enables you to gain clarity & confidence to make financial decisions & gives you the information you need to avoid costly mistakes.
Only a licensed financial adviser who assesses your complete personal financial situation in detail can issue a financial plan or personal advice. No personal financial advice will be given in any course or coaching program.
5. Will I learn how to invest?
The Essential Foundations program touches on investing, however due to the large quantity of material to cover, only the longer coaching program (Building Dreams) discusses investing in detail.
6. Can you help me with career, life change & finding my purpose?
As a TA Accredited Life Coach, I am certified to provide life coaching, including life change & career coaching.
Many of the women I’ve worked with have been in a transition out of jobs they didn’t enjoy into something more meaningful & fulfilling. The coaching process will support you to get clear on your goals, evaluate your options & create a pathway towards your desired outcomes.
Life and career changes are best supported by a financial plan.
7. What can I expect from a coaching session?
Each session is structured to allow you to derive maximum benefit from our time together.
Sessions run for up to 75 minutes & are conducted via video call or in-person, at pre-agreed times.
The structure consists of a check-in, goal setting & evaluation, an educational component & guidance, as well as emotional & accountability support.
We will move at a speed that is comfortable for you. As a coach, I am here to support you to achieve your goals & feel good about yourself while going about it.
8. How often will we meet?
Regularly, in order to maintain momentum.
We meet based on a pre-agreed schedule that fits around your work & lifestyle. For most clients, this looks like once a week or once every 10 days.
